A serene master suite offers a spa-style ensuite bath and walk-in closet, while outside, the resort-style backyard brings together a sparkling pool, sundeck loungers, fire pit, and outdoor dining with sweeping sunset views over the Destiny East Community Club.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms each come with a smart TV — two king suites share a private balcony overlooking the pool, while a third offers a queen bed paired with a twin-over-twin bunk, ideal for kids or extra guests. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects the rooms, and every nightstand includes a charging dock for added convenience.

Policies & Rules

Payment Schedule — 100% due at the time of booking.

Damage Deposit — A $500 security deposit is required to be paid 2 days prior to the reservation. The hold is not placed until 2 days prior to arrival and is released 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.

Cancellation Policy — Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise — weather, illness, emergencies, etc. — which could cause you to need to cancel your trip or end it prematurely. If you choose not to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel. If you book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy. Under no circumstances will guest receive a reduction in rent, be relocated at owner's expense, or be refunded for any equipment or amenity failure. Property manager/owner, upon being notified by guest of any malfunction, will make every reasonable effort to have such appliances/amenities repaired. Replacement or repair during occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Issues must be reported to owner within 24 hours of arrival.

Age Requirement — Must be 25 years or older to book, and must be staying at the property.

Rental Agreement — A rental agreement must be signed upon booking, along with a copy of a valid driver's license.

Security Deposit Processing — Deposits are processed safely and securely off-platform through our API-connected hotel-style software, OwnerRez.

We love communicating with our guests. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we are available via email or text.

At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit, and provide a copy of a government-issued ID for the guest booking the reservation. Once check-out is complete, no damage is confirmed, and it appears all house rules and check-out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.

This property includes security features like Yale smart locks and 3 Ring cameras (one at the front door, one on the back porch by the outdoor TV, and one at the garage) for your safety and peace of mind. Any tampering with, moving, redirecting, covering, or disconnecting WiFi, devices, outdoor cameras, or doorbells will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, and you will be required to leave and vacate the premises immediately.

Please understand that we do not sit and watch the cameras, but this is our home and investment, and we have these measures in place to protect our home and us. We want to ensure rules are being followed. There are no cameras in any private areas that guests have use of inside the home. There are a few closets in the home that are locked and not available for guest use, as they are storage areas — please do not attempt to break in or unlock these doors, as the inside of these locked storage areas has surveillance.

Please note that by booking this property, you waive your option to disable surveillance.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

For insurance and safety purposes, all guests must be listed and accounted for on your reservation/itinerary. No more than 10 guests may stay at any time.
No spray self-tanners anywhere on the property, please (showers, porches, and pavers included) — staining floors or surfaces will incur a $2,000 fine to replace the materials.
Pool Heat: the private pool can be heated from October 1st to April 1st for an additional charge of $75/day
